From Fire Station 47 to the lifeguard towers on the beach to houses in Victoria Park and Rio Vista, our crews have been painting Fort Lauderdale for over 35 years.
Our shop is in Sunrise, about twenty minutes west on Oakland Park Boulevard, and Fort Lauderdale is where the trucks go most mornings. The city has hired us for its own buildings: we repainted Fire Station 47 from our boom lift, refreshed beach lifeguard towers, and painted municipal facilities for the city and its neighbors in Lauderhill and Wilton Manors. The homeowner side has followed, and this page carries real photos of that work.
What makes Fort Lauderdale different from the western suburbs is the salt. Anything east of US 1, and especially east of the Intracoastal, lives in salt air that chalks paint and rusts railings faster than anywhere in Weston or Coral Springs. We spec exterior products for that, prime every piece of metal, and wash before we paint, every time.
Over the last year we have had calls and estimate requests from most of the city's zip codes, with the heaviest concentration in 33316, 33304, 33305, 33309, 33311 and 33334.

Fort Lauderdale is a dozen different cities depending on the block, and the paint job has to match the house:
Landmarks our crews park next to: the beach along A1A, Las Olas Boulevard, the Intracoastal bridges, and the fire stations we have painted for the city.
Photos of these jobs are on this page and on our commercial painting page. Property managers and homeowners can call the office for references.

Yes. Salt air is the main issue east of US 1 and on the Intracoastal. We use elastomeric or premium acrylic on stucco, rust-inhibiting primer on every railing and gate, and marine-grade enamel on doors facing the water.
